Attire:

Attire for our meetings is business casual. All evening receptions are business casual/resort casual, including our dinner on Friday evening.

Attendee List

Our attendee list will be available once registration is complete on the "Attendee" page (tab will appear at the top with the navigation pages). 

Childcare and Youth Programming:

Private babysitting for children younger than 2 and daytime Kids Club programming are available through the resort.

We are planning to have private evening programming for children (ages 2 - 13).  Please share your interest in this option during the registration process so that we can gauge which evenings to offer programming. We will keep in touch with you about details as they develop!

Restaurant List:

Dinner on Saturday and Monday are 'on your own'. A list of recommended restaurants is available here. 

Activities:

A lagoon-style resort pool, state-of-the-art Fitness Center and the Waldorf Astoria Spa are all on your doorstep. Bonnet Creek is less than 6 miles from Disney World and a quick drive to Orlando's other popular attractions. The hotel provides complimentary transportation to all 4 theme parks - schedules vary by day.

Getting To/From:

The closest airport to the Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek is Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately a 15 minute drive. Rental cars are available through most national brands. Uber/Lyft and taxis are readily available from the airport to the hotel, prices will vary depending on the time of day. Additional travel details are available on the Hotel & Travel page.
