Attire:

Attire for our meetings is business casual. All evening receptions are business casual/resort casual, including our dinner on Sunday evening, which will be on the beach.

Attendee List: 

Our attendee list will be available once registration is complete on the "Attendee" page (tab will appear at the top with the navigation pages). 

Childcare and Youth Programming:

NAMA will once again offer private evening programming for children ages 3-13.  Available on Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights, the cost is $75 (per night) for the first child and $50 for each additional child. NAMA Kids' Club includes games & crafts, a pizza dinner and a movie! All children MUST be pre-registered for Kids' Club.  Please include which nights you are interested in when filling out the registration form. For children under the age of 3, please reach out to Megan Baker @ meetings@namamillers.org

Restaurant List:

Dinner on Saturday and Monday are '"on your own." A list of recommended restaurants is available here. 

Getting To/From:

The closest airport to the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa is Southwest International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers. It is 45 miles from Marco Island. Rental cars are available through most national brands. Uber/Lyft and taxis are readily available from the airport to the hotel, prices will vary depending on the time of day.  A pre-arranged car service is recommended on your departure day.
