Tod is the Director of Industry Engagement at King Arthur Baking Company. In this role he works across broad areas of King Arthur Baking’s wheat flour supply chain matching supplier/partner capacity with regional demand. He also plays an instrumental role in the development and implementation of Grains for Good, KAB’s regenerative agriculture program.

Tod graduated from Kansas State University with an MS in Grain Science. He joined King Arthur Flour in 2000. In 2011, he joined Horizon Milling’s sales team and transitioned to Ardent Mills in 2014 when the joint venture was formed. In 2024 he was given the opportunity to return to King Arthur Baking. Tod lives in Portland, Maine.
