Kristen Spriggs joined ASB in January 2023 to lead the organization into its 100th year of service to the baking industry. With over 20 years of experience in membership-based organizations, she has built strong communities through strategic leadership in events, professional development, and member services.

Her career began at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), where she spent 17 years launching initiatives for 1,400+ member companies. She later served as Chief Member Services Officer at the American Society for Quality (ASQ), overseeing a global membership of 60,000+, 230+ chapters, and a wide range of programs and partnerships.

Kristen has also worked as a consultant and faculty partner at Butler University’s Executive Education program and founded kickstart | EVENTS + BRAND EXPERIENCES, LLC. A graduate of Indiana State University, she remains an active volunteer in Delta Gamma and the National Panhellenic Conference, as well as local community organizations. She lives in the Indianapolis area with her husband Jason, daughter Charlotte, and their Berne doodle, Indiana “Indy” Jones.
