Born in Quebec, Yan Gagné began his distinguished career by serving five years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a platoon commander while completing his studies in mechanical engineering. This discipline and rigor naturally led Yan to join the Premier Tech team in 1998, where he played a key role in developing new automation product platforms.

Within the engineering team, Yan supervised numerous projects dedicated to the milling industry. His ability to innovate and lead teams has enabled Premier Tech to achieve new technological milestones and stand out in the market.

For the past ten years, Yan has held the position of Sales Manager, covering the milling industry in both Canada and the United States. His strategic vision and expertise make him a respected leader and a staunch advocate for innovation in the field.
