A graduate of the University of North Dakota with a degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration - Tyson Began his career with CHS in 2010-2016 where is held various roles from transportation, origination, grain merchandising and P&L responsibilities. From 2016-2022 was the VP of Mayco Export (subsidiary of Italgrani USA) where he lead role of origination and risk management for durum flour mill in St Louis, MO, along with leading three North Dakota elevators in managing the business and merchandising grain in their respective geographies. Tyson returned to CHS in the spring of 2022 under his current role of Director of Durum and Specialty Grains. Leading Global strategy for the various commodities within the umbrella that CHS provides and collaborating within CHS Product Lines to bring greater value to both CHS’s farmer owners and customers across the globe.
