Attire:

Attire for our meetings is business casual. All evening receptions are business casual/resort casual, including our dinner on Wednesday evening.

Babysitting:

NAMA will not be providing childcare at this meeting. If you are interested in booking your own babysitter, this is the company that NAMA has used in the past - The Babysitting Company.

Dine-A-Round Dinners:

NAMA will be organizing Dine-A-Round dinners again this year! Please make sure to indicate on your registration if you would like to participate so that we have an accurate headcount. All dinner reservations are pre-arranged by NAMA and are "pay on your own". You will receive your dinner assignment the week before the conference.

Dinner on Thursday is '"on your own." A list of recommended restaurants is available here. 

Getting To/From:

The closest airport to the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa is Southwest International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers. It is 45 miles from Marco Island. Rental cars are available through most national brands. Uber/Lyft and taxis are readily available from the airport to the hotel, prices will vary depending on the time of day.  A pre-arranged car service is recommended on your departure day.
